There are several delivery options that depend on where you buying from and shipping to: UK shop - UK Overnight - £5.00 UK shop - Ireland - £25.00 Dubai shop - Dubai Overnight - £5.00 WorldWide - £30.00

Due to being a handmade company we do not accept Refunds. However, if you wish to exchange for a different size, direct message us on Instagram or contact our customer service email allfromferncustomerservice@gmail.com to request an exchange - please add a note in your return with your name & order number.

Exchange will only be accepted if we have received back the item no more than 10 days after delivery and item is displaying no signs of wear, i.e. Perfume scent or makeup marks. From March 2024, all items will arrive with tag, once tag is removed the item is no longer eligible for a return or exchange. We aim to process exchanges 14 days after receiving the return.

Due to our items being handmade we advise that you wash garments by hand or dry clean. However, some items can be washed on a delicate cool wash. Please contact us via Instagram or Email allfromfern@gmail.com for more information on how to wash your particular garment.
