Due to being a handmade company we do not accept Refunds. We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your product.

However, if you wish to exchange for a different size, direct message us on Instagram or contact our customer service email allfromferncustomerservice@gmail.com to request an exchange - please add a note in your return with your name & order number.

 

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

Exchange will only be accepted if we have received back the item no more than 10 days after delivery and item is displaying no signs of wear, ie. Perfume scent or makeup marks. From March 2024, all items will arrive with tag, once tag is removed the item is no longer eligible for a return or exchange. 

 

We aim to process exchanges 14 days after receiving the return.
